OUR MISSION

The Pennsylvania Cutting Horse Association is a non-profit association formed to promote, in all ways, the interest in cutting on the East Coast for generations to come. Our goal is to grow the sport of cutting in Pennsylvania and surrounding states. All proceedings of the association are in direct accord with the policies and activities of the National Cutting Horse Association.
We are comprised of cutters from Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, and other surrounding states. The purpose of the PCHA is to encourage the development of both owners’ and their horses’ skills by participation in sponsored cutting horse events at the grassroots level.
